I bought a little gift for a friend with a birthday coming up and this was the quote on the back:

Hello!

The Lord directs our steps, so why try to understand everything along the way? Proverbs 20:24

This blog is a document of our family life. It began with an intent to document our journey on our move to Seattle, Washington, but it lives on to capture our lives in Newtown, PA.

With every adventure we are reminded that our steps are momentary and yet leave a great impression. We didn't know we would end up here and we don't know what God has in store for us next, but we do know who carries us and who paves the way.

Pie and Gravy have long been the sweet nicknames for our children and in times of transition we will always draw near to the moments of joy that we cherish. Thanks for being on this journey with us.
