The Bungalow purchase

I found the record today of what the realtor paid for the bungalow! It takes a few weeks for it to show up and here it is.....

Mind you, this house would literally need to be gutted if it was going to be made a permanent home again. It needs a new kitchen, new roof, new drywall, new everything really.....
