Wednesday 090314 First Day of School!!!

I feel so blessed that school starts so late here.  Otherwise I would have never figured out how to make it all work!  Even though we registered for this school yesterday they had the kids names up on the wall and ready to go!

After a hearty breakfast we parked at the new house and walked to school.  Noah was a champ and marched right into his classroom.  He loves his teacher and is very excited.

Maeve had a little bit of a hard time but eventually calmed down and had a great day. 

At one point last week Maeve got the name of the school confused and called it Hey, John instead of John Hay and so we have been calling it that in jest. When we were in the office there was a picture of John Hay and so we were all sure to say Hey, John to him.

When I picked everyone up at the end of the day they were all smiles which was a great relief to a worried mom.
